20 Healthy Quick Breakfast Ideas For Busy But Hungry People

Busy, hungry, and craving something healthy that won’t take forever to make—yep, that sums up my mornings.

I wake up at 5 a.m. every morning and start work at 6 a.m. (I work from home). I have an hour to prepare myself, do my morning routine and skincare, and cozy up in my home office, ready to make money.

On top of that, I usually have at least two breakfasts every day – one just after I wake up and another one after 9 o’clock when I take my first break for the day.

Yes, I am hungry, definitely busy, and love to eat healthy. I need no other reasons to create this list of healthy, quick breakfast ideas to refer to every now and then.

I had three conditions when piling up these recipes:

  • It should take me no more than 10 min from the moment I enter my kitchen to the moment I take the first bite (plus making my tea meanwhile)
  • They should be healthy and fill my tummy nicely (I am a hungry girl).
  • They should be delicious … I don’t need to explain why that one’s a requirement, right?

So, the list is below: grab what you need from it, save it to your Pinterest board, and enjoy the goodies.

I have further divided these breakfast recipes into two groups: sweet and savory. Most of us might not know WHAT we want to eat, but we always know if that UNKNOWN thing is savory or sweet. It made sense to create these categories.
