This December, think about yourself!
No, seriously! Think about how you can spread joy to others but… also nurture yourself.
The winter holidays are the most wonderful time of the year… but they can be challenging, demanding, and often – exhausting. That’s okay!
Because my simple December self-care challenge will balance it all – you, Christmas, your friends, and family.
This 31-day challenge will ask you to do 31 tiny steps in the next 31 days that will prioritize mental, physical, and emotional self-care… because it ain’t always about slappin’ creams on our faces (although that helps, too)
