30-Day Happiness Challenge That Can Fix Your Bad Moods

When I think about happiness, I imagine a sunny day and a blond woman running and laughing in slow motion on the beach… I am not blond, and I have no clue who that woman is… neither which advert got stuck so badly in my brain! Ugh…

I want to erase that vision of boxed happiness that has nothing to do with reality.

“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.”, said Mahatma Gandhi, and I can’t find any other simpler way to describe it.

So, for the next 30 days, I challenge you to align those three.

Because… What would a blog about happiness be without a simple but mindset-changing 30-day happiness challenge?

And if your brain came up with four different reasons why you won’t have the time, the energy, and the discipline to follow a 30-day challenge, I can fix that, too!

Each one of the tasks below requires almost no preparations and can fit into anyone’s lifestyle. Yes, regardless of how busy you are, you can do that!

Ready? Let’s go! (grab your free printable at the end of the post)
