Not long ago, I wrote this post on how to enjoy your own company, and I shared a few quotes there. But I had the feeling that such an important mindset requires its own place with motivational sayings, so here you are, landing on this page with enjoy your own company quotes.

This topic is one of my favorites because (selfish or not) I am enjoying my own company all the time. And I know you could do it too.
Enjoying your own company has nothing to do with being single or lonely. Yet, it has everything to do with trusting that you need no one to be happy, even if you already have someone. Does that make any sense?

Enjoying yourself when you are alone is a beautiful opportunity we usually get only once or twice in our lives. And I seriously feel that those who understand its beauty are the luckiest people in the world. And those who are afraid of it are actually shy to be with themselves.
Enjoying your own company is self-love
You learn to love yourself, listen to your needs, and see the world through your unique glasses. Learning to be okay alone is learning to be okay with someone else too. Because one day you wake up and you get the family, the dog, and the kids, and you occasionally forget you exist.
Yet, having that early time of enjoying yourself will get you through the years of complete dedication to those who need you—attending to you now is teaching you how to attend to your family one day.
So, don’t feel down because you have to learn to enjoy your alone time. There is time for everything, and if you think you run out of it… you still have today, and tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow.
