50 Vision Board Quotes That Motivate You To Hustle For Your Dream Life

Going after the life you want is challenging, but do you really have another choice? Time passes anyway, so why not doing something that makes you proud of yourself? Before I give you some short and motivational vision board quotes, let me ask you a question.

Do you know what the secret to a better life is? It’s knowing what you want. Allow me to explain.

We all wish to be happy. That’s the primary goal of hustling every day through life. And happiness, in my eyes, is that feeling of fulfillment and satisfaction of our achievement and our place in this world. Yet, a few of us actually know what they want, so they reach that fulfillment.

We might want more money… but how much more?

We might want to meet the love of our life, but what would that person be like?

We might want a better job, but what would that job be?

One of the craziest and most common reasons for unachieved dreams is the lack of knowledge of how these dreams look and feel.

And that’s where your vision board comes in.

What is a Vision Board?

A vision board is where you give your dreams and goals shape, color, and look. It represents the world you want to live in, your job, personal life, emotional state, relationships with others, and more.

The purpose of a vision board is to have a clear vision of every change you might wish to create, so it’s easier to stay focused, inspired and work on achieving those changes. Its purpose isn’t to do something for you but rather to make things in your head real and approachable.

If you are familiar with The Law of Attraction, then having a vision board is just a natural step in the process of attracting the life you want.

But how do you create a vision board?

How to create a vision board?

The old-fashioned way of creating a vision board is by getting a corkboard and pinning images on it. The images are visual representations of your goals. You could cut them out of magazines, print them from the web or even draw them if you wish.

Let’s say you dream of getting married in the next year. Then you might want to find a photo of a bride or a just married couple. If you dream of being a writer, an image of a newly published book might be what you’re looking for.

There are a few rules to choosing the right images for a vision board, and I will take about them in just a bit.

However, in the 21st century, things are more creative than that, and you could create your own vision board in a few different ways.

The Classic Vision Board

As I mentioned, the classic vision board is a big board where you pin cutouts that inspire you to visualize your dream life better. You will need a corkboard, some pins, and magazines with images.

To start creating your vision board, you want to go through the magazines and find images that help you visualize what you wish. Don’t stick to the basics, but be creative. You are looking for everything that helps you express your dreams, and it should only make sense to you.

Here are some other ways to create your vision board.

On Pinterest

If you love using Pinterest, you will love this idea too.

Open a new board on your account and pin mages that describe your dreams. It will be much easier to find photos of everything you’d wish to achieve as Pinterest is a huge platform with millions of images.

You could even open a different board for each goal you have and pile up the photos. Just don’t forget to go on these boards and get inspired and focused regularly.

Vision Board in a Photo Frame

This is an exciting idea that I once saw on Youtube. Unfortunately, it was years ago, and I cannot find the video right now, but here’s the main thing.

The process is similar to the classic vision board. However, instead of pinning the images on a corkboard, you could glue them on a big piece of paper and put that one in the picture frame. In this way, your images will stay away from dust and will look a little bit more classy.

On Your Desktop

This is my favorite way to have a vision board. I work on my computer every day, and the desktop is the first thing I see every morning. Having my vision board as wallpaper on my computer’s desktop is extremely useful and inspiring. I created my vision board as a collage with Canva. You could do that too (it’s a free tool) by choosing the size of the wallpaper and adding multiple photos to create the desired design.

In Your Journal

Another awesome alternative for your vision board is to glue photos and cutouts in your journal (or a dedicated vision board journal). This is a fun project for all the journal junkies out there.

What Should You Put on Your Vision Board?

Okay, I mentioned a few times that you need images, but there are many creative ways to put together a vision board. Here are a few things you could put on it:

Magazines’ Cutouts

This is probably the most popular way of creating a vision board. Just grab those old magazines and cut out every image that represents your ideas and goals. You could also use newspapers or even books.

Money Checks

Let’s say one of your dreams is making more money. Your first step is to get specific with how much money you actually wish to have. You could write that number on a piece of paper and stick it on your vision board. Alternatively, you could print out a blank check and write the amount on it.

Any Memorabilia

Postcards, tickets, poems, pages of books, and flyers are great sources of inspiration that will get you closer to achieving your dreams.

Vision Board Quotes

Of course, a good motivational quote could do wonders on a vision board, and it’s a very popular add-on to it. Finding the right vision board quote could be tricky, though. You want it to be specific and short, so it sticks to your mind easier.

And this leads me to the purpose of this post – the quotes. I’ve prepared 50 inspiring and short vision board quotes that will be a great addition to your perfect vision board.
