Whether you are an introvert, live far from your friends, or just need some quality time with yourself, I think challenges are the perfect way to add a boost of excitement to your day, work on stepping out of your comfort zone, and build self-confidence by reaching an achievable goal.
Challenges are my favorite way to try something new, to reduce procrastination, and to test new hobbies or habits.
To consider an activity a challenge, it should involve competing with yourself to achieve a specific goal within a set timeframe.
A challenge is about pushing yourself to complete a task consistently, with a clear end date and a goal. For example, a challenge could be publishing one video a day for the next 30 days or doing 50 squats daily for seven days.
I’ve already shared so many challenges on this blog, and people seem to love them, so how about adding another 50 challenge ideas that you can do alone, just for the fun of it? Of course, a challenge tracker is waiting for you in the free resource library, and if you don’t know where that is, you want to subscribe to my emails by clicking here, and I will give you instant access to that free resource library.
I’ve separated the ideas into three categories: weekend, 7-day, and monthly challenges. Use the table of contents below to navigate your way through them.
